By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

Access to the Service

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to be carried out by you.

User content

You retain ownership of the content (patterns, projects, images) you create or upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute this content as part of operating the Service.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the content you publish.

Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited, among others:

• publishing unlawful or infringing content, or content that violates the rights of third parties;
• disrupting the operation of the Service or attempting to access it in an unauthorised manner;
• using the Service for fraudulent purposes.

Sale of patterns

Creators may offer patterns for sale. Sales are subject to the Terms of Sale. As a seller, the creator acts in their own name and is the seller of the patterns they offer; the platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and receives a commission.

Payments and payouts are processed via Stripe, through a connected account opened by the creator, who accepts Stripe's terms accordingly. The creator is responsible for refunds and disputes relating to their sales, including for sales made before they cease their selling activity on the platform.

The creator may at any time remove a pattern from sale, disconnect their payment account, or delete their account. In such cases, their paid patterns cease to be offered to new buyers, but those who have already purchased them retain access.

Subscriptions and plans

Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We strive to ensure its availability but cannot guarantee it without interruption. Our liability is limited as provided by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the settings.

Platform intellectual property

The elements of the Service (trademark, logo, interface, code) are protected and remain our property or that of our licensors.

Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. In the event of a substantial change, your acceptance may be requested again.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; you may use a consumer mediator. ⟦TO COMPLETE: mediator details.⟧
